WhatsApp Message: Send a “Pickup Request” with your name, location, and time preference, and you’ll get a confirmation right away.
That’s it — three fast routes to get your laundry picked up when it suits you.
Once your pickup request is received, we immediately assign a delivery executive to your location.
The pickup agent arrives at the scheduled time, collects your clothes, verifies the items, and updates the order in our system.
It’s a smooth, doorstep handover — no hassle, no waiting.
